Shipping Info

American Chariot Company will help arrange the shipping for you and make sure the process is as easy as possible.

“Curbside Delivery” provides delivery made to the loading dock or curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into business, warehouse, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.

Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.  

Signature is required for delivery, but before accepting and/or signing for your delivery, please inspect your order thoroughly. If the packaging appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill or refuse the delivery as damaged. If you discover concealed or internal damage after unpacking your item(s), please contact American Chariot Customer Care 510-614-1200 within 5 business days of receipt of your order to help us improve and expedite your return/replacement experience.

If you take the product and it's damaged you will have to arrange the inspection and the shipping with the shipping company. If you do not follow these simple steps you will have to pay for any repair. We will ship you a new one after the claim is settled. If you cancel the order due to damage you will have to pay the 25% restock fee.

Delivery Time
All orders received before noon Pacific Standard Time will be processed on the same business day. All orders received after this cut off time will be processed the following business day.

In general, Chariots and most products are ready to ship within two days of your order, while custom ordered Chariots are manufactured when you place the order.

American Chariots are shipped via ground freight in secure containers.  Estimated delivery time is within 1 to 2 weeks.  If you need a faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery. See Shipping Costs below.

When you place an order with American Chariot Company, estimated shipping date(s) will be provided to you via email.

A tracking number will be provided to you when we ship your order.
